I had an excellent stay at Taj Vivanta last night. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool view was particularly impressive. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was well-organized, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to metro making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, Taj Vivanta exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

The Terracota restaurant was excellent. Normally I don't like hotel restaurants, the food is not authentic and quality is not good, but Terracota was excellent. the pulao, Indian breads and lamb leg amazing. I love the vegetable biriani. I didn't drink but it looks like they also have a good selection of wines, which is rare in India. And the price of food is good too. The location was also great, with the metro station by the hotel. The metro impressed me, easy to use, organised and clean.

The check-in was very professional. I was asked to open my suitcase to check for suspicious objects, and then profusely apologised to. The room was very comfortable. Overall a goos stay.

The Hotel was well equipped, but somehow outdated. Marble in the rooms. Staff sometimes willinged to support you, but not always able. Checkout procedure very slow. Continetal breakfast was good,

Staff behaviour was excellent especially Mr. Shiva Kumar did an amazing job. I was upgraded to a bigger room at no cost as I asked for it. It was an amazing experience at Vivanta. The food, the staff and the stay everything was perfect. My family did enjoy a lot during the course of stay

Food was awesome. Location is exceptional.Its located next to Metro. Staff was very curtious. AC was not working. They corrected immediately. Overall stay was too good .

Big room with a good-sized table, nice shower, great dinner. The personnel is very kind and helpful. Great spa options available.

The food was great! This is a business hotel so it’s not fair to expect sprawling lawns and gardens. However, the pool side is very pretty especially at night when they light it up. The staff are also incredible. They are helpful, courteous, and made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Not as many options as probably what ITC would have. But - not too bad either. Location is inside the business park, and is surrounded by open plots and office buildings. The hotel is itself very strangely created with colored glass and not in typical TAJ hotel type. The staff was really realy courteous and open to hearing feedback. But then I would expect ACTION on feedback. Not simply lip service. Must go to JIVA Spa. Its really good. And a good feature is the landscaping with artificial grass from 2nd floor bar to next floor terrace. Quite unique and interesting.
